At CANDICE, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Simply ensure your pieces are in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing in its original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
